Not what I have expected!
From the picture and description I had expected something different but ...
I think this product needs a little bit more texts:
First of all, this is a lady gym ball (on the box it has written for her, and I am a guy).
Second the ball is very small and based on its description it is
suitable for 5,1. If you are tall it is not suitable for you. Before
buying this I could not imagine how important this is but believe you
me with my height (6,0) this ball looks like a baby toy (imagine if you
are taller than me, what it will be for you)!
Third the figures does not match with the size of the ball and its
little massage things on top of it (the lady in the figure should be
really short to be in these positions with the ball).
Thanks to Amazon I am sending it back and will try to buy something decent and suitable.
Generally, pay a little bit extra and buy something with higher quality and more usability.
Not as good as I expected!
It is ok as a pilate ball, but it doesn't really have a massage
action. It's a girls' size, so it is not for guys. I found it very hard
to control its stability as it keeps moving when I work out on it.
There is one extra use as a seat, which gives you a constant, up and
down movements and prevent sitting still for too long, but the people
who sits opposite you might get mad after talking or watching you for a
while.
